Cadman Creates New Advisory Board

July 16, 2013 – Toronto, Ontario – Cadman Resources Inc. (CUZ) (“Cadman” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the creation of a new advisory board to assist the company and provide special guidance to the board and management. The initial appointments to the board consist of Derek Bartlett, Dr. Hermengild Mayunga, and Marcel R. Tremblay

Derek Bartlett has over forty years of experience as a geologist and senior manager for two major international mining companies, namely New Jersey Zinc Co. Canada Ltd. and Goldfields Mining Corporation (a division of Consolidated Goldfields Ltd.) and several junior exploration companies. Mr. Bartlett received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of New Brunswick. Mr. Bartlett has served as officer and director of Cadman since the company was first formed and as such has a unique knowledge of company projects, the board is grateful for his continued support.

The board of Directors is also very pleased that joining the new Advisory Board is Dr. Hermengild Mayunga of Songea, Ruvuma region, Tanzania. Dr. Hermengild Mayunga is Professional Community health Consultant with a strong interest in local mining. His medical practice has specialized in the areas of Community Health/Medicine, Community Development Program and Social medicine advocacy. Dr. Mayunga received his PGD in development Studies, Msc. Degree in Community Medicine, BSc in Medicine, BA in Philosophy and Theology. Dr. Mayunga currently serves as Program Director of ORES Tanzania, A registered Local National NGO, and Program Consultant for TAPAMA – Tanzania Parliamentary Against Malaria and Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTD). He is co-founder and Member of the Tanzania Immunology Society, Member of Health Chapter Project-Africa, member of International initiative to Stop TB, Prevention Mother Newborn and Child health (PMNCH). International AIDS Society (IAS), Roll Back Malaria Initiatives, White Ribbon Alliances Tanzania (WRATZ) and recently nominated to be the Member of GAVI CSO Steering Committee.

As part of his mining related entrepreneurial activities, he founded the Tanzania Mining auto sourcing Company named HERJOS Enterprises and works in many environmental projects around the area with local small miners who has been reliable source of information on mining sites and industry opportunity in Tanzania. We welcome Dr. Mayunga to our advisory board.

Also joining the advisory board is Mr Marcel R. Tremblay of Quebec City. Mr Tremblay has had a long and productive career and we are grateful that he has agreed to join Cadman to develop a significant copper project in Tanzania while conducting mining exploration activities in Canada.

In addition to twenty-five years in business and as a professional, Marcel R. Tremblay is also a former Member of Parliament. First elected in 1984 as a Federal progressive-conservative member of parliament, he occupied a number of important positions in the House of Commons, including Parliamentary Secretary to the Deputy Prime Minister, to the Minister of Finance and to the Minister of Justice and Solicitor General of Canada.

During his two terms in the House of Commons, he also held the positions of Vice-Chairman of the House External Affairs and National Defence Permanent Committee, Vice-Chairman of the Permanent Public Accounts Committee and Vice-Chairman of the Permanent Member’s Affairs Committee and was a member of the Legislative Committee Chairmen’s Committee, Co- Chairman of the Commission on Senate Reform, a member of the House of Common’s Permanent Management Committee and Chairman of the ten-member caucus of MPs from the Quebec City area, 1984-1993. In addition, he was a member of numerous parliamentary committees including: Canada-China, Canada-Europe, Canada-Japan, Canada-U.S. and Economic-Missions: Germany, Brussels, Moscow, New Zealand, Holland, and Taiwan. Finally, he was the representative of the Canadian government at the U.N., N.A.T.O. and O.E.C.D.

Mr. Tremblay attended la Sorbonne (Paris, France) and the University of Ljubijana (Yugoslavia) to study Economy and Politic Science. He graduated from Laval University in Quebec City with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Sc.C.) and a Master’s in Accounting (M.Sc.C.) in 1967. Mr. Tremblay returned to the private sector and created his own firm Le Groupe Marcel R. Tremblay Inc. involved in international and overseas market development for clients as well as mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliances. Mr. Tremblay’s world-wide public and private sector experience will be invaluable to Cadman.
