Cadman Engages Qualified Person For Mbozi Copper Project

August 21, 2012 – Toronto, Ontario – Cadman Resources Inc. (CNSX: CUZ) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company has engaged Dr. Christian Derosier, PGeo, MSc, DSc, as Qualified Person for the Mbozi copper project in Tanzania. Mr. Derosier is currently in Tanzania conducting a site visit in order to prepare a technical report compliant with NI 43-101.

Over his career, Dr. Derosier, has headed a wide range of worldwide assignments for dozens of Canadian and international exploration and mining companies. Dr. Derosier has worked extensively in the African continent including Cameroon, Guinea, Ghana, Madagascar, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Mali, Niger and in Nigeria. His experience also includes some very notable experience in Eastern Canada and Quebec. He has managed exploration and prospecting programs, carried out economic impact studies, arranged mining financings, supervised extensive drill programs, evaluated mineral deposits and producing mines, compiled inventories of resources and reserves, ore reserve calculations, and has been involved in notable discoveries.

In 1966, Dr. Derosiers received his diploma in physical, chemical, and natural sciences (SPCN) from the University of Paris, France, followed by his MSc, geology, in 1969 and his DSc, geology, in 1971, both also from the University of Paris. Dr. Derosier is a member of the Order of Geologists of Quebec and the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. He is fluent in both French and English, and has working knowledge of Spanish, Arabic and German.

Dr. Derosier has served as a director of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, and as both a vice-president and a president of the Quebec Prospectors Association. In addition, Dr. Derosier is very experienced in the workings of exploration companies having, over the past 20 years, served as a founder, director and president of a number of Canadian junior exploration firms.

Dr. Derosier has more than 40 years of exploration and mining experience. He has extensive worldwide experience working on and heading up exploration programs in such countries as Canada, the United States, Columbia, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Venezuela, Ecuador, China, Belgium, France, Cameroon, Guinea, Ghana, Madagascar, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Haiti and Guyana.

The Mbozi Copper Project is located in the Mbozi District of the Mbeya Region in the United Republic of Tanzania. The Mbeya is the south western part of Tanzania and is bordered to the south by Zambia. Just across the border from Mbeya is Zambia, the largest producer of copper in Africa and the eighth largest producer in the world. The Mbeya Region is under explored with modern technology when compared to the northern and eastern parts of Tanzania, but it is now a fast developing mining region with numerous artesian mining operations. These mining operations have produced a wide variety of minerals including gold, and especially copper.
